Short Introduction
Tetyana started her aviation career as a Flight Dispatcher in 2007. Additional roles as Executive Assistant to the Nominated Person of Crew Member Training and Nominated Person of Flight Operations provided her with a comprehensive insight into commercial aviation legislation, all-around AOC operations and continuing airworthiness management organization. For the past 10 years she has worked as a Safety- and Compliance Monitoring Manager in the field of Flight Operations and CAMO and gained additional experience in many special projects in the field of Business Aviation consulting. Following this she helped to manage the start-ups of several Business Aviation and Part 145 maintenance organizations, and gained extraordinary experience working with Civil Aviation Authorities: Isle of Man, Bermuda and San Marino. Tetyana graduated in Air Safety Management and holds Master of Science in Aircraft Maintenance Management. Her expertise includes, but is not limited to, Management Systems, Compliance Monitoring and Safety Management, Business aviation sector, IOSA, continuing airworthiness management organization and aircraft maintenance.

Short Introduction
Sarah has been in the aviation industry, specializing in ground operations and cargo handling, for 14 years. Following completing her schooling and apprenticeship in Germany in 2007, Sarah started her career in the aviation industry in 2008 at a centralized load control center in Cape Town. She initially began as a load control agent, but with her passion for Safety, Compliance and Quality Management, Sarah soon joined the quality department of the CLC as a quality analyst. A few years later, she received the opportunity to lead the department as the quality manager. After nine years of gaining knowledge and experience in South Africa, it was time for Sarah to return to Germany. Her next stop was at an aviation company in Cologne. There, she was a part of the compliance department, adding value as an auditor for ground operations, flight operations and crew training. Recently, her growth journey led her to a new start-up airline in Frankfurt, where she is currently taking on the responsibility as a compliance monitoring officer for operations.

Short Introduction
After completing a social education course and gaining the relevant professional experience, Julia has now been working in the airline industry for 20 years. As an active senior cabin crew member (SCC), she leads cabin crews on domestic and international short- and long-haul routes. In addition to operational assignments, she has held various positions in the cabin management and human factors / security training departments within the airline, where she was able to gain experience in different areas of application for cabin crews. She is currently deepening her knowledge by studying psychology aiming for a B.Sc. degree.
